To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the issue.

We'll review the situation and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For change-of-mind returns, any applicable return shipping costs will be explained before you proceed.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will cover any required return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
